American director Joel Schumacher died, after a struggle with cancer, at the age of 80.
Schumacher began his career as a fashion designer, before becoming a prominent name in Hollywood, and he is especially known for directing the films "Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin".
Schumacher's latest cinematic work was "Sin".
Among his most famous sayings: “If you liked a movie, there are hundreds of employees who made it likable to you, and if you do not like it, then blame the director, and this is the reason we are in this industry.”
