Chelsea declares Liverpool a champion of the English Premier League

When Liverpool crowned the Premier League champions for the last time in 1990, Margaret Thatcher "Iron Lady" was still Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and the Premier League is two years away from his glamorous start.

But the German coach Juergen Klopp's team gave a new generation of its fans the title of the 2019-2020 season, after winning the thirty-first stage (out of 38) by a clean quadrant against Crystal Palace on Wednesday, and lost its direct pursuit and the champion of the past two seasons Manchester City, on the London Chelsea 1  -2 Thursday.

Three decades ago, the Scottish club, led by its then star (and coach after years) Scottish Kenny Dalglish, won a title that did not surprise anyone.  The team has dominated English football since the mid-1970s, and ended the season in one of the first or second places since 1973 (except for one season).  The 1990 title held the team's 18th in the England championship, only seven of which came before 1973.

What also differed mainly with regard to Liverpool, is the German coach Juergen Klopp, who, since his contract with the club in 2015, has pumped new blood and formed the team in a way that allows him not only to win the Premier League title, but also made it the third successive title after the Champions League  For the 2018-2019 season and the FIFA Club World Cup 2019 title

4 billion doses of vaccine against corona soon

Countries are racing to reach the expected vaccine, as the exact date for producing an effective vaccine remains unknown, and an important scientific alliance has sent messages of reassurance and satisfaction to the whole world.

The largest manufacturing expert at an important institution focused on preparing for and responding to epidemics and supporting nine potential vaccines for Corona announced that the organization has identified two factories with a capacity to produce four billion doses annually.

James Robinson, a long-standing bio pharmacy executive leading the broad industrialization drive for the Alliance for Epidemiology and Innovation, said in an interview with Reuters that the alliance planned to choose two or three plants to manufacture each vaccine

Robinson also explained that "at the present time, we know that we can produce two billion doses that we define as a kind of minimum for what we target," adding that the coalition intends to have between eight to ten regional distribution sites "so that we do not have to do everything centrally, then  Try to ship it around the world. "

The alliance, based in Oslo, the Norwegian capital, has the support of 14 governments, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the British Wellcome Group.  And distributed $ 829 million to date for research on a vaccine for the Coronavirus through partnership agreements with developers, hoping some of them will succeed.

second earthquake strikes southern California in 24 hours, and fears it will not be the last

Two days after a strong earthquake in the same area, a second earthquake struck southern California Friday evening, measuring 7.1, according to the American Institute of Geophysics.  Since Thursday, the region has witnessed aftershocks numbering 1,200, and the institute has warned of a series of earthquakes.  Although this earthquake was the strongest since 1994, no casualties have yet been reported.

The first earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 on the Richter scale struck the region on Thursday, the most intense in nearly 25 years.  The earthquakes occurred near the town of Ridgecrest, which is inhabited by about 30 thousand people in the "Mojave" desert.

She explained that "there is a high possibility" of a major aftershock in the coming days.  She said that the chances of an earthquake with a magnitude of six or more hit 50 percent and an earthquake of seven magnitude or more 10 percent during the week.

Corona Virus: What is the second wave and will it happen?

The Corona virus is not yet over as some countries are still dealing with a major outbreak of the epidemic, but even those who currently control the virus fear the "second wave".

-What is the second wave?
There is no official definition of it.

"It is not particularly scientific, how to define a wave is done arbitrarily," Dr. Mike Tildesley of the University of Warwick told BBC.

Some describe any rise as a second wave, but it is often a difficult first wave.  This occurs in some US states.

To say that one wave has ended, the virus is under control and the cases are significantly reduced.

To start a second wave, you'll need a steady rise in infection.  Neither New Zealand, which suffers from its first cases after 24 days without the Coronavirus, nor Beijing, which is facing an outbreak of the disease after 50 days free of the virus, is in this situation.

-What could lead to a second wave?

 Significant lifting restrictions.

Closures caused great disruption around the world, resulting in job losses, affecting people's health and getting children out of school, but the virus was brought under control.

"The ultimate mystery is how to maintain this control, while minimizing daily disorder," says Dr. Kucharsky.

No one is 100 percent sure how far that can be achieved.

This is why measures are being lifted in stages and new methods are being introduced to control the Corona virus, such as tracking contacts or gags.

Otherwise, these foci contribute to a second wave.

"But if the cases increase again, we can re-enforce the closure to suppress a second wave, this is always an option available to us," says Dr. Tildesley.

Juventus settle the matter .. Arthur leaves Barcelona and determine the position of Pjanic

Juventus management agreed with its Barcelona counterpart to buy Artur Milo for a huge sum of 80 million euros during the next few hours, according to Sky Sports reports.

Artur had informed the two departments weeks ago that he would prefer to stay at Camp Nou and not want to leave for Italy, but it seems that the situation is on the way to change, given the Juventus administration's commitment to contracting him.

Sky reported in a report that Juventus had offered the Brazilian international a salary in excess of his current salary in Barcelona to persuade him to join them, as if he went to Turin 5 million euros annually.

At the same time, the talks between the two clubs on the transfer of Miralem Pjanic to Barcelona are ongoing, and the deal is currently in the process of being evaluated in terms of material compensation. He estimated the value of the Bosnian player at 70 million euros, while the Spanish club feels that its value should be less than that.

According to Sky, Yoffe and Barcelona also want to end the Artur deal before June 30th, as the Catalan club management seeks to make money in a fast time to achieve its goals in this summer Mercato, Laotaro Martinez and Neymar.
