Dean Schneider, He sold his possessions to care for the animals of Africa

Schneider started a project called (Hakuna Mepaka) in South Africa, which took care of abused animals and suffered neglect. ”Schneider considers this a great danger to those animals, along with the greatest danger to them which is hunting that threatens them with extinction.

 Schneider explains that "hunters there are selling claws and teeth of animals on the black market for reasons ranging from myths to traditional medicine."
